Harvey location always tastes like grease hasn't been changed since 2019. The smell is even in the air outside around the restaurant. Facelift to the building didn't change whatever is wrong inside the building. Go to the location on 103rd. Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.

I purchased a large soda for almost $5. When it arrived it was filled with ice. You don't give options for light ice.

Sorry the order was wrong. We ordered spicy and got regular. I wish they'd pay attention to what is ordered. I'm not sure what the hype was all about. But it taste like a regular fried chicken. The sides were half full for a 10 piece family meal. So we did have to make additional sides. I don't think I'd order again. It wasn't worth it.

The chicken and okra taste of burnt oil. I think a deep fryer oil change was will overdue.The chicken left dark brown grease spots in the packaging and on napkins as we tried to squeeze the burnt taste from the chicken.
I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

Chicken was not hot. Still good flavor just not hot. Fries, well, they were cold and soagy and very skimpy. This is my fi time order from this location. I give them another chance bec after reheating the chicken was good.
