Didn't get what I paid for. 10PC Family Meal, No biscuits and left off one of my sides and for 25.99 that's ridiculous. Then the tenders look old and burnt like they sitting under the help lamp drying out.

The chicken was really hard. I could not bite into it so I had to break it in half to try to get the meat out of it..  the biscuit was even hard. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea.

Church’s Chicken will always be my favorite, but I have to say I’m really disappointed with the service I received today. I spent nearly $50 on just a 16pc-chicken, and not even a single biscuit was included with the order. It’s the little things that make a difference, and today was definitely a letdown.

Good taste and temperature is held well. It is crispy but could be more juicy. The honey biscuit is the best.

White meat was dry! Asked for a wing they gave me a breast, oil was seeping though the box and they forgot my biscuit.
