Didn't receive the creamy jalapeño dip I ordered, food was cold, my panchos had very little steak, and the chicken burrito was mostly beans, not very much chicken. That's unusual for Chuys, but still disappointing.

Baja shrimp tacos are my favorite. One taco had 3 shrimp and the other had 4. All of the shrimp were very small, dried out and old. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This is the second time the Chuys staff hasn't included one of my items. I ordered an 8 oz creamy jalapeño that I didn't receive. I'd like a refund of the $8 (I know, not bank breaking, but it's annoying and I didn't get what I paid for).
