The Chicken Flautas were delicious. The Creamy Jalapeno sauce added the kick I love. Disappointed I didn't get any chips with my order.

I did not receive fajitas for two. I think it was an accident. They only gave me fajitas for one, but I did call the office and talk to a manager named Mac who was so polite so helpful. I explained to her I did not want to refund I wasn't asking for any money back. We eat here all the time. I just wanted to bring to their attention that they gave me fajitas for One instead of fajitas for two people which I paid almost $70 for she was so polite and understanding and realizing I didn't or didn't want anything for free, but she did give me a 25% off my next order which I am fine with excellent customer service

barely any cheese in my Custom Enchiladas cheese enchiladas. I have had much better from Chuy's in Grand prairie so I know it's possible.
I can say that the beans were the best I have had from Chuy's but would have preferred to have some cheese with my tortillas in the enchiladas.

Food tasted good once it was reheated. Dont bother paying almost $4.00 for a glass of tea plus tea was ordered unsweet and received sweetened. You barely get a tablespoon of the scoop of guacamole for the ridicules price they charge. Overall food is good if they get your order correct however it's very expensive. I called the store to discuss my situation and was put on hold for a very long time while waiting to talk to talk to a manager. Five other people answered meanwhile including one asking if I was the one calling about the hand sanitizer. I dont think this restaurant is too organized!

Ordered 2 custom enchiladas with the sauce on the side per the app choices and double beans. The order arrived with 2 dry tortillas and no sauce along with rice and beans. Also ordered the queso compuesta for $14 and the container was half full. Have never had any problem before but was extremely disappointed with the level of service and Door Dash failed to handle situation at all.
