Chuy's is authentic New Mexican food. The green chicken chili enchiladas are out of this world. The Hatch green chile option makes them super special if you can handle a little heat, but the flavor is awesome. If you are on the milder side shift to the Deluxe Green Chile option. Authentic Mexican food is all about the seasoning and flavor.
The Chicken Tortilla soup is a must try too. I would stick with the cup, because you will get full if you go for the full sized bowl. Especially if you go for the Queso Compuesto is awesome. The seasoned ground beef and guacamole takes this meal over the top. You better be hungry because you're going to need the room.
If you have never been there, Chuy's is a must try. If you have I'm sure they are on your favorites list.

Chuy's is a place that rem me of home. The New Mexican flavors topped off with Hatch green chiles is awesome. The Beef Fajitas and Chicken Fajitas are authentic, flavorful and fresh. Be sure to select the green chile rice. No meal at Chuy's is complete without the Queso with seasoned beef.

Chuy's, you SOB, you've done it again. The steak burrito was massive, I struggled to finish it all but I did it! Just the right amount of spicy with all the toppings added on the burrito, and honestly I just love it. Thank you Chuy's.

The food just didn't taste good. I've eaten at Chuy's before (dined-in) and the food was delicious. This order just didn't measure up. It tasted like the frozen taquitos that you buy at the grocery store and heat up at home. The refried beans were very salty but really had no flavor. I was very disappointed considering what I paid for my meals.

We ordered, as most times, the Fajitas for 2. As in other occasions, the order was different. This time, instead of an aluminum container, they send the fajitas in plastic. The beef quantity was less. One single serving of beans. One microscopic serving of guacamole.
