• 30/5/23Extremely rude and uncaring customer service. Called restaurant to ask question. Received cold food and the cinnamon rolls had a random olive cooked on it. No attention to detail. They were also hard and the pizza was very chewy and not fresh.

• 6/6/23This location never follows directions. To make all family members happy, we order half pepperoni on our pizza. CICI's puts pepperoni on the ENTIRE pizza and I have two little ones not eating it because they don't eat pepperoni. (See picture)
The Cinnamon Rolls were burnt. (See picture)
The food was not hot and fresh when it arrived and reminded us why we don't order from here and DoorDash often. We had notification that our food was about to dropped off to only get a message that they changed our driver. We had to wait for the new driver to get to the restaurant and then deliver to our home. Please do better as the food prices are a premium ordering delivery.

• 4/9/24Bro, I use to have a ci cis where im from and iloved it. It closed a long timeago so when i saw there is one here iwas excited, however ive not had luck with orders lately so i almost went with the other guys. Im so glad i took a chance this was some of the best pizza ive had in a longtime! Keep up the good work
