The Caramel PecanBon® had ZERO caramel icing.  It comes with caramel icing and caramel syrup and it was dry and burnt.  They clearly gave us the Bons they were about to throw away.  I also ordered a side of caramel icing and also did not receive it .

Cinnamon Rolls were hard and horribly iced upon arrival.  The box had a soggy bottom.  I asked for cream cheese frosting & received caramel.

I was very disappointed with the buns.  They were dry and old.  Maybe I was expecting too much. I won't order from them again.
