Usually I order the brisket without bread and with one side. I get delicious lean brisket meat. This time I payed extra for the Texas toast. Instead of the Toast being on the side they made a sandwich out of ktmakinf or soggy. I wouldn't have minded except
that 85% of it was pure fat. Luckily the sides are big enough to compensate for the $20 for 5 bites of beef.

The food was delicious and arrived at the perfect temperature. The portions were enormous.
The beef brisket sandwich was loaded with brisket that melted in your mouth
The ribs were delicious and the meat was tender
Pulled pork sandwich was perfectly seasoned and piled high
My mother in law loved the banana

Needless to say we will be ordering again very soon.

Bc I ordered the food to my place of work, I asked for the sandwich to basically be "deconstructed" with the bun on the side as well as the slaw, so I could put it together whenever I had a moment to eat. Well, to my surprise, everything was carefully packaged separately, still warm and absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! I loved, LOVED everything about my order. Thank you!!!! :)
