Spicy Tori Paitan Holy Smokes!! That was some of the best ramen I have had! That spicy sauce with the fried chicken was insane! I cant wait to order that again, and must try for anyone who likes spicy and or fried chicken!

All dishes were super flavorful. The bao buns were soft and fresh; on the smaller side but great taste. Definitely would order again. The Spicy Miso Tonkotsu was my favorite.

The beef in the Tokyo Beef was tender and delicious. The broth was so good and the way everything was packed was perfect and also had minimal single use plastic was very nice!

We got less than half cup if noodles and broth for all 3 soups. Japanese Fried Chicken

That is not a Tokyo shoyu. There is no shoyu in it and it is a cloudy broth. It should be a clear broth as the photo shows. This broth smells like chicken was poached in it and they added salt. Paid for Brussels and go a whole 3 sprouts! There's no option to add an ajitama except one 'noodle and broth' item where only two broths are offered. This place has been a joke since 2020 but hoped for better w new group management. Hit up the joint in Springdale, they're worth more than this.
