Really not the money I spent honestly. Oxtails literally was all fat . Received only 4 oxtails total, plus the fat on them I pretty much had 1.5 worth of meat. Had to season more when it arrived. Rice was bland and soggy. Plantains were the best thing honestly.

The portion of Oxtails was quite small! There were about 4 small slices of Oxtails swimming in an abundant pool of delicious gravy! The the fair portion of peas (or beans) and rice was delicious with the gravy from the Oxtails! This was served with a small salad, a small container (2 chunks) of pineapple and a couple of small slices of fried plantain! Overall the small portions (IMHO) was not worth the total price of the meal! This was not a bang for the buck experience!

This is one of the best restaurants on Doordash in my area in terms of quality. You can tell there is care in how well the food is made. It tastes homemade rather than factory-made. Flavorful. I've eaten a lot of Doordash and most of the foods taste the same but this place stands out to me. I love that there are plant-based options too. The tofu was soft and springy. This place deserves some love.

My first order was AMAZING - oxtails, beef patty and I was given some side dish - it was pineapples with some kick ! I was craving more of the food while I ate and everyday after i had to fight to not order everyday! My second order was not as tasty - my oxtails and curry goat combo was not an acceptable serving size especially for the cost! I had more meat with that one order of oxtails compared to the combo! I didn't care for the curry but in their defense I don't like greenish color curry and I didn't know that was what they were using ... my calypso chicken had issues with being too dry/over cooked and there was like a taste and not a meal... I would order again and plan on doing so cuz that first order was just that good and gotta break the tie! Plus I hope it does work out!
