• 7/6/26Ice cream as old and sour. I ordered the cake batter and it didn't even taste like it. I've had my order plenty of times and never had an issue with the flavor. The cake batter tasted old and made the whole ice cream horrible.

• 26/4/25Typically when I order from here, it's always good. I am not sure if they switched up the staff, but whoever has made my ice cream the past several times, does not break down the chunks of cookie dough or brownies. They have also forgotten ingredients like caramel sauce. I hate finding all the topping plopped on the top and 2 big round discs of cookie dough in my cup. The flavors are always good, but I pay for it to be properly mixed.
