• 3/6/22Ice cream melted and lid fell off because there was too much ice cream in container. It was a mess, but the ice cream still tasted good. Just melted.

• 18/5/26Cold stone has gone downhill. Our cone was stale. The graham cracker and strawberry wasn't as crushed and mixed in as it was in the past. We will not be going to cold stone ever again. The portion was also small for the price.

• 10/2/22ordered cotton candy and cookie dough all we got was little tiny pieces of what was supposed to be cookie dough we got 2 prices of cookie dough in the ice cream . I ordered apple ala cold .all I got was 3 little prices of apple no carmel or cinnamon the ice cream was white it sucked for 20.00 do order from this place.

• 7/12/24Everytime I order and pick up through doordash here, they never have my order ready and have to wait an extra 10 mins. Very unattentive and will watch you stand there and wait to be assisted. Worst coldstone

• 4/10/25I love the banana flavor & it isn't on their DD menu so I call & they answer the phone to take a verbal flavor edit w/no price increase be asked for by myself. Just a simple flavor switch which goes to top tier customer service because they shouldn't have to answer increased calls when management can add it to the menu being it is a daily provided flavor. Thanks Cold Stone Servers 5stars
