Could've been mixed better and for $12 there's barely any peanut butter or Reese's cups but it's fine I guess. Pretty much got chocolate ice cream with bits of peanut butter and candy.

Cold Stone is basically as good as your own recipe but if you're not in a creative mood they have so many options on their creations menu that anyone could find an ice cream/toppings combo to satisfy their sweet tooth. I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch® (in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center (equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that's no excuse. I'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order "in person" so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center :(. This review is for the Tracy location only.

Tried the Going Bananas for JELL-O® Pudding and it was amazing, much better than I expected. My son really enjoyed the OREO® Overload and I was very pleased with my usual Founder's Favorite®.

I usually never have an issue with cold stone. The only issue I had this time was that they put walnuts instead of roasted pecans, like I asked because apparently they were out of pecans. This ice cream was for my son who is HIGHLY allergic to walnuts and luckily I tried the ice cream before my son did. I did call cold stone and mention this to an employee because apparently there wa NO manager on duty. I suggested that next time ESPECIALLY with nuts, it would have been better to put NO NUTS.

i continue to have problems w/ cold stone creamery. they either don't put in the correct amt of toppings or they get the order wrong or last night the amt of ice cream was a 1/2 inch from the box they put the ice cream in. i'm not ordering from cold stone again.
