Matcha latte tastes great but I just noticed the increased price. While a customer was already paying $1 more for alternative milk (pricey), the base price appears to have gone up as well, and there seems to be a potential extra charge depending on the size you choose now. If you choose a classic size (which I think is regular) with oat milk for example, it would cost $7.65. This is unfortunately a deterrent for me when it was already costing $6.45 earlier this month.
I really appreciate the care they put into their packaging (both the food and drink items are sealed and the drink is secured in a tray).
I appreciate that they offer a few vegan options but would love to see more variety, including breakfast items, and a bit more flavour.
The few times I ordered the falafel salad (when it was listed as coming with hummus), no hummus was included which was disappointing, and there is unfortunately no possibility to add notes or instructions so I have sometimes avoided ordering as a result.

Bag was really cute and personalized and the driver delivered it fine.
However, I ordered a milkshake and received a watery iced latte, no ice cream there, really not what I ordered neither expected.
