10/10 will order again and recommend to friends. the south of the border has such a perfect balance of flavors and its a big sandwich. and tbh I was nervous about the coffee bc some places arent that great but the banana bread latte was PERFECT not too sweet and not bitter. worth the price. its all just so good

The Sugarhouse Chai is spectacular. The Hot Honey Sandwich was amazing with a great blend of sweet and spice. High quality products are worth the price.

this is my favorite spot for breakfast. i've had a few of their specialty lattes and they're always so good. the bagel sandwich soft warm and yummy. perfect size and woold order again

My chai and latte exceeded my expectation. Will be coming back! It was so delicious and tested fresh. Accurate portion size of cups as well.
