I really love their fresh fried Zucchini Fingers. It's the perfect snack for one person. Crisp and flavorful.

I love Copper Skillet & always give 5 stars, but today I’m very disappointed.
I ordered 3 items, first 3 ala carte eggs scrambled, the eggs were not scrambled, it was an omelette chopped up and very dry. Most of all it was in no way 3 eggs.
Second item was link sausages special breakfast and had hardly any hash browns & my medium eggs were cooked way too much with loads of brown fry all over the whites. I bring this up because one of the reasons I love copper skillet is they don’t fry eggs and leave brown on edges or the whites.
My third order was three eggs cooked to order and it needed more hash browns, it was just alright.
This is so unusual for Copper Skillet, they are usually fantastic. I just hope this was a one time mistake and that’s why I’m commenting.
I will still order my next breakfast from Copper, so please don’t disappoint, don’t want to lose my favorite breakfast!!
