This is probably our family's most frequently ordered location. In the past few years the quality of their food skyrocketed and it's been absolutely delicious ever since. Genuinely, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Hampton, definitely *the* best BBQ place.

Honestly, you get a good amount of meat for what you're paying. We got the Beef Brisket Platter which came with 3 very large slices of brisket with Memphis sauce (tendor and flavorful) and we got the fried Center Cut Pork Chop. The pork chops were thick with a crunchy breaded coat...seasoned just right. For the sides we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens, and Mac n cheese. The sides had that southern flavor! The greens were my favorite--they're made just how I like to make mine at home. I was skeptical of the Mac n cheese bc it's pale and runny, BUT when I tried it, it was sooooo good. I can't even post a photo of our food because we literally devoured it. I will definitely be ordering from here again. This the type of food to put you in a good mood and give you the itis after a long day.

Everything tasted great, except for the apples on the salad. They were swimming in lemon to keep freshness, but it didn't help. The flavor was a letdown, and the texture was awful. The value for the portion size was disappointing. The County Grill Salad OL consisted of much less meat than used to be served on the salad. Yet, the price increased significantly. There were more bleu cheese crumbles than anything else. The ribeye was only half edible. The amount of grissle was particularly disturbing. The flavor and temperature of the meat were perfect. No complaints overall for flavor, just the portion sizes. We bought an extra half dozen cornbread 1/2 Dozen Muffins OL but then didn't receive the muffins that come with the meals. 100 dollars for a meal for 3 when 2 people have a salad made of mostly iceberg lettuce and maybe 4oz of edible steak left a lot to he desired.

This was DELICIOUS!! The brisket & pulled chicken was fantastic! I was a little skeptical about the price of banana pudding but there were 2 to-go trays full of it & its SO GOOD! The 3 meat sampler was enough for my husband and we will be eating banana pudding for a week!
