We bake fresh rolls and croissants every day.

Our waffles are baked in a special iron with a pattern that makes puffy oval shapes called “eggettes”. Adding an extra waffle gets you a second waffle not extra toppings.

Fresh green salads prepared to order. Small Salads are in 7" rounds and come with 2 oz dressing on the side. Large salads are in 9" rounds and come with 4 oz dressing on the side.

All teas are certified organic except for Cha Tra Mue Thai Tea. We brew with loose leaf tea. Teas are served unsweetened unless a modifier is picked.

These recipes use house-made lemon syrup made from fresh squeezed lemons, zest and cane sugar.

We are using 20 oz paper cups that we can seal with our cup sealer. We can put the beverage in a cup carrier and bag it in a paper bag to help keep it warm for delivery. If it proves to be too hard to keep everything hot via delivery. We will discontinue this product category.

We blend an all fruit, no nuts, no dairy, vegan base Acai Bowl Base Acai Sorbet, Banana, Mango, splash Apple Cider After some feedback we have decided to send the Passion fruit, Dragonfruit, and Blue magik bases out as just scooped sorbet. Blending it with the fruits melts out too fast for delivery. If you want it blended please add a special instruction.

We scoop and serve a variety of dairy and non dairy frozen confections made off site. The ice box cakes are made here.
