Overall was just ok, crackle barrel use to be my fav. The meat portion was really tiny and chicken really tough this time. Not sure was worth the $20 but the dasher did great! The meat on chicken fried chicken or steak is normally double in size.

Chicken n' Dumplins was bland, as was the macaroni and cheese; I had to add my own seasoning at home. Portion of dumplings was smaller than I have received in the past. The restaurant also forgot one of my side dishes. However, the Buttermilk Biscuits (4) and fried apples were very good; definitely the stars of the show.

Everything was heavenly.. the Buttermilk Biscuits (4)... the Grilled Cheese Sandwich was a good size. Perfect for an autistic child. The fruits were fresh and soft for eating. I would get this meal again in the future.

I have been a long time Cracker Barrel customer and fan. Tonight was a big disappointment. The salads while good were only half full. The vegetables were good but sparse. The chicken was the biggest disappointment. It was spongy and very tough and had no flavor at all and the breading was very spicy but no real flavor. And to top it off, the biscuits were rock hard. Spent way too much money for what we got. Not at all what Cracker Barrel used to be.
