Rock hard cookies cut them all and they were hard to cut through. Then I tried - awful for this cost

For 7$ a cookie. I don't expect to receive old hard cookies. That should be fresh . This is not even enjoyable.

Every single cookie we received was hard like it had been sitting out for days. Confusing as crumble is known for their soft cookies?

I literally cannot understand why they would stack two frosted cookies on top of each other but that's so strange and it ruined two cookies we were excited to share with multiple people. Very peculiar, almost called the store to ask the reasoning

I would definitely order again from here. The portions were good and the taste/ flavor were amazing while being fresh at the same time.
