Don't realize I was getting minis. That is my bad. But close to $18 for 3 mini cookies is just crazy.

I've never had an issue with getting cookies from Crumbl that aren't deliciously soft and moist until today. Every cookie was very dry and crunchy except for the pineapple one :( pretty disappointed

Hate to leave this revue, but I have received 3 separate cookies on 3 different occasions that did not have frosting!
To me, frosting is a big part of the Crumbl experience. To consistently receive unfrosted cookies is a disappointment that should be addressed with store owners/management.
I have spoken twice with gentlemen at this location. While he has been apologetic, polite, and concerned, the problem still continues.
I order through door dash, and as this location is closer to me, I am unable to order from the other location. Perhaps this is a sign that I should break my Crumbl addiction!
