Cookies were not baked all the way/were raw and were stacked on top of each other. The portions were fine and the cookies are huge, but the quality compared to other times were poor.

Chocolate chip cookies were as hard as a brick. Unfortunate for over $20 worth of cookies. I had higher expectations.

I ordered 3 different types of cookies. The biscoff cookie wasn't like the description and hard. The chocolate chip cookie was hard and I didn't order smores. I selected snickerdoodle. The whole order messed up. So disappointed

Sent me a raw cookie. It's literally unbaked cookie dough. When I called the store, the employee I talked to just tried to blame the morning crew even though it was him and his crew that sold it and sent it out of the store. Didn't apologize or anything. Just tried to scapegoat the responsibility. Absolutely no regard for food safety and customer service

The cake batter cheesecake was absolutely disgusting. Taste like someone spilt a whole container of salt in it
