I placed as a pick up order, the team was very reluctant to prepare the order; I had to inquire after multiple people walked out with theirs that entered AFTER me, and the employee had an attitude and said "We are working on it". She proceeded to slam the cookies on the counter for me. Terrible customer service.

pumpkin was nasty and doughy ! only good cookie was the caramel apple .
