The Niagara Falls location is terrible - my cookies are always ugly melted - side cookies are always smashed in the box and there is always frosting globs on the top and bottom of the boxes. This is my last order from this location. For the price of these cookies you should train your employees better

Are those cookies a joke? the size of a Oreo cookie and they cost almost 20 bucks.. plus they were frozen. I thought they'd be fresh will never order again. Very sad.

I ordered the 4-Pack for my daughter for valentines day! Not only was the service very good but she loved the cookies! I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible!
