I have never had a bad cookie from crumble, until now. They said they cooked the cookies with salt instead of sugar and sold them anyway. Waiting on refund that was supposed to come yesterday.

10 put of the 12 cookies were rock hard and whe I contacted the store they said one of their ovens was over cooking them.

They're always raw and soggy on the bottom and the flavor profile I mean it's like they use the same dough and mix the topping onto it.

The Dubai chocolate cookie was good but I could mostly only taste chocolate and not really any pistachio.
