• 25/6/26The cookies tasted terrible. Brownie, chocolate chip and sugar were equally awful. One dry as can be, one undercooked and the brownie just tasted blah. All three ended up in the trash. Will not return.

• 4/2/22Cookies bigger than expected. Taste great just too much sugar for me and my family's taste. Had to cut the cookies into smaller pieces so each person wasn't overwhelmed with the amount of sugar and thickness of the cookies.

• 28/1/24I ordered the 4-pack. They were out of one of the cookies I ordered and the store gave me a call to inform me ahead of time and allow me to choose a different flavor. I thought that was very nice of them!! I much rather that than being surprised when it arrives with the wrong order! Thank you Crumbl! They were all delicious and I'll be ordering again in the future!

• 5/5/23Tres Leche cookie was kinda boring and the cookies were stacked and discheveled when they arrived. Also, why do you continue to raise prices on here?
