They initially gave me 12 mini cookies and insisted this was my order. I left and when I was outside I reviewed my order, which was definitely for the larger size. I confirmed that the price paid was for the large size and explained to a different staff member, who then changed out for the correct order. This experience took 30 minutes longer than the original estimated time. The resulting cookies were amazing, but I was disappointed that they tried to give me the incorrect size.

6-Pack every thing was really good the banana pudding was sodelicious and all the cookies was so good the best crumbl I had flint crumbl and Saginaw's is the best hands down

The lemon glaze and pink velvet cookies were sadly overcooked. Very hard and crunchy, but the flavor was still okay. I've never had an issue with overcooked cookies from crumbl before, so I'm really hoping it doesn't become a regular issue from this store.

will check crumbl menu every week. so good, arrives still warm every time. I will absolutely order again.
