Quick delivery and cute packaging. Most importantly, the cookies are really good :))) and they were still soft in the middle somehow!!!

Some cookies were small some were bigger than others and one of them was already broken. The taste was good but the packaging, presentation and customer service is really bad.

So inconsistent. Sometimes I get fresh soft cookies and sometimes I get burnt, dry old cookies. I ordered 3 cookies and they were all burnt on the sides, dry and old. Order from Bang Cookies instead, always get consistent quality there.

Ordered a few different cookies and they were okay but small and definitely NOT worth $4 each. Wouldn't order from here again, there are too many other truly tasty cookie places.

To be honest, I typed crumbl into DoorDash search and just stupidly clicked the first suggestion and didn't realize until they were delivered. The presentation is fine. Acceptably delicious looking. However, the actual cookie part of the cookie is beyond bland and even a little burnt. The only thing that makes the cookie worth eating was the frosting.
All this to say, I would never accidentally buy these cookies again.
