For almost $20 a slice, it has definitely gotten smaller compared to when they first opened! Come on, Cup O’Berry, do better. The slice is smaller than my hand! 😩 You’re honestly better off buying from Kamorin Dessert — much better portion sizes for the price.

Hi, I’m requesting a refund for the brownie. It was hard, burnt, and clearly not fresh. This does not meet basic quality standards, and I would like this resolved with a refund

I've ordered the açai bowl with the Belgium chocolate many times but it has since changed and the Belgium chocolate is not as nice anymore.. :(

this is not Tres Leches Cake. you are putting bread in milk topped with pistachio paste.. no good buddy
