Was hesitant to try based on mixed reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance. This was my first time trying Cupbop. I ordered right when they opened, so that may make a difference? But my bowl was filled to the brim. Noodles and sauce were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the rice, but there wasn't much in there so I wasn't too offended. Ordered a level 6 spice and it was perfect heat for me. I will say you don't get a ton of meat, but I still found it to be pretty filling and will have leftovers for tomorrow. I had it with the Yogur de Savila drink, which was a nice sweet aloe yogurt drink, it complemented the spice well. The kimchi was pretty good and I dumped it onto my bowl. Would order again sometime

So awesome! Lots of different options here. The staff were kind and super helpful, the food was hot and portion size was superb. The mandoo was nice- freshly done and crisp. The kimchi tasted great and the food was ready perfectly on time!

I'm so disappointed. I love the food from Cupbop but lately the bowls are emptier and emptier. Today all three of our orders were half the size of what they used to be. Three orders of KhoKho bops and $60 later and then this is all we get.

Masterfully tasteful and perfectly portioned. Excellent staff with amazing customer empathy and skill. I'm so happy that they're here now within walking distance of my house! I hope they keep up the great work!

I just paid 20$ for extra rock chicken and added mandoo and got 6 pieces of chicken. I used to work at cupbop, i understand they have smaller portions, but when i am paying 20$ for one rock bop that has 6 pieces of chicken its not okay. This isnt my first time having this happen too, whoever is making their orders needs to either be fired or actually pay attention to what the ticket says, at the very least i expect a refund for the extra chicken because i obviously did not get it.
