they're very polite staff members. Their food, treats, and drinks are some of the best in the entire city of ottawa. they out beat all poutine trucks and shops if you ask me. you can not go wrong with the flavor and quality of each bite you take, and when it comes to their shakes. they're to die for. make this your weekend take out. you won't regret it.

Not a great poutine at all... the fries tased burnt and there was too much gravy. Not worth the money.
The shake wasn't much better. It was lumpy and came with a very thin plastic straw.
I won't be ordering again.

soggy limp fries drowned in gravy. seemed like cubed mozzarella not cheese curds. generous portion and probably would be good fries if they were not soggy. hope they can improve this item.

The food was good and the size of the Classic Poutine was enormous; i didn't eat it all. I don't know what kind of chocolate is on the Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake but i would have eaten 2 servings. The burger was good, but definitely was outshined by the other 2..... if the burger would have been a bit better presented i would have given 5 stars all night long!

Classic Poutine good, Caramel Vanilla Shake very bad; had no caramel, was filled with ice chunks. small ish portions. would not order again
