Don't think they put a lot of condensed milk, not sweet at all. I am used to getting Vietnamese sized coffee from Boston’s Chinatown, which I love because it is always just ready and perfect. But this one of the texture is right it could use more condensed milk.

Wow. Just wow. I got the Bs milk tea and by the way it looked in the picture I thought it would be too sweet, but I love boba and milk tea so I gave it a try.

I kid you not. I had it with the roasted cheese and some brûlée, 50% sweetness. The boba was freshly made, it was a perfect combination of warm and ice cold and the taste.... it is so worth the price. You MUST try this place! Bless the hands and minds of the creator of those drinks. It is rare for things to taste so perfect.

The matcha was decent but I got the red bean add on which was just nasty. They are not sweetened as they usually are in drinks and they tasted burnt, which is really disappointing for the price.

I asked for full ice, and there was barely any ice at all other than that it was pretty good. I liked the Boba and that it came warm. clearly made freshly .Mediums were kind of small. I feel like. would probably order again.

Love their Honey Golden Pearl Green Milk Tea with grass jelly. It's delicious! However, the boba is always clumped together so they don't go up the straw and I end up drinking all the milk tea leaving behind a bunch of boba :(
