First off, the matcha latte was amazing! The matcha tastes high quality and was super flavorful - I'm still thinking about it. I also love that they don't pre-sweeten it. The BEC was also delicious, and the cookie tasted super fresh (was super soft/ slightly chewy with crunchier edges - yum). Will def order here again!

The Bacon, egg and cheese was too wet, I don't like runny eggs. The bread was good. What happened with the cheese, it was just one lump of, what looked like cheddar cheese. Don't like cheddar. You advertise you use American cheese. This sandwich was not worth $8.00. I asked for a cappuccino. I got a plain cup of coffee. It had no sugar taste at all. Just overall this was a bad meal.won't be ordering from here again.

The seared salmon had an overly fishy taste like it was bad, I couldn't finish the dish it was so bad. The tomato soup was not very tasty either, onion flavor was over powering in it. The brownie was so stale it literally crumbled to dust when I took it out of the package!!! Also found it strange that no utensils were provided for my to go order.

Multiple times I have ordered the kale Caesar salad and the order did not include the crispy chickpeas listed as an item. It may sound silly, but this is one of the primary ingredients which makes the Provisions salad different than others. I will not order the salad again online since somehow there's no one assuring all the ingredients are included.

hot chocolate & cappuccino were too bitter to drink.Bagel sandwiches were top tier best breakfast we have had in NYC
