we got 2 mini blizzards in a double dash order. while I love that there was plenty in both blizzards as far as quantity, both of the outside were sticky and had ice cream on them. I attempted to wipe them off. However, to no avail. I had to put them both in glasses to solve the issue. It was not a hot day, either, so it was unlikely the weather caused such mess. Otherwise, it was good.

DOOR DASH REVIEW
The Store knew the order was messed up before I called in. Bc when I called the manager was, oh is your name and read off my order...I said yes...It was like they were expecting me to call at some point bc they knew there had been a miscommunication through the app bc it was a strange order.
They could have called to check/clarify about the order before it left the store. $15 wasted on a blizzard that only had ice cream in it. Nothing else. IK that can be done bc Culver's, KFC and Fryn Pan have called confirmed food before so people aren't wasting 30 plus bucks through Door Dash for nothing.
DQ has mediocre to bad service when you go to the store and certainly doesn't care when you order Door Dash spending so much money. This is not the first messed up order through Door Dash either. This is just the first one I was frustrated enough to rate on here. It's bad enough that the employees are that way but if the management doesn't care either it's just disappointing.

Didn't receive any buffalo sauces. Missing 1 chicken strip. There were almost no Oreos in the blizzard and after taking a few bites the blizzard all the way to the bottom was vanilla ice cream. The mint was not mixed in at all.
