They ALWAYS get so much wrong! No Texas toast AGAIN! Burger had NOTHING on it. So glad I paid $9. for that! Three chicken strips were <2 inches long. All tasted like old oil. I don't think I'll order again. Used to love them. Truly terrible food.

The last 3 times I ordered the chocolate brownie only half of it was actually chocolate and the bottom half was just plain vanilla. This time I ordered the one with fudge in the middle. Not only was the fudge NOT there, but there were no brownie bits and most of my ice cream was vanilla. Pretty depressing

Burger was old, bun rubbery, no lettuce or tomato
French fries stale
Very Disappointing
Even when I purchase through Drive Thru food has not been fresh.
Dairy Queen is close to where I live, so convenient.
Owner or management change????

They were out of the fish sandwich I ordered to go with the hotdog. In its stead I got a plain cheeseburger. The cheeseburger and the hotdog were bone dry and tough. This was a "second chance" thing. No more DQ for me.
