The food was horrible chicken strips were so hard and dry you couldn't even eat them when you broke them apart it was like dust the fries were stale and cold and the Dr Pepper was carbonated water like it had run out and not been changed before our drink was filled. Most awful experience with Dairy Queen yet. That is what happens when you have people not care about others. Pay overpriced items through DoorDash to get absolute garbage. Will not order again ever through this local Dairy Queen

I HAD A LARGE CHOCOLATE MALT ,IT WASN'T EVEN 32 OZ, HAD A NICE CHOCOLATE MALT-FLAVOR BUT IT WAS PUT IN A CLEAR PLASTIC BEVERAGE CONTAINER. SO WHEN I GOT IT IT WAS NICE AND SOFT AND WATERY,.. MALTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THICK WHERE YOU CAN'T EVEN USE A STRAW. THEY'RE NOT THE ONLY BUSINESS THAT PUTS COLD STUFF IN WARMING CONTAINERS,. STYROFOAM OR GO HOME !!

This is a mini not a small I should get my money back for the small and only pay for a mini this is just wrong

There needs to be a button for light ketchup, you put way too much ketchup on but other than that it tastes good
