The food was warm upon arrival, not soggy and overall really pleased with the way this experience went. Ranch has great taste, and buffalo sauce also. Loved the way they took a picture when it was ready, and a tongue sticking out smile face drawn on, along with name. Service was wonderful!

The chicken strip basket was excellent, as always. But I ordered and paid for a large oder of onion rings, and only got the small size.

The only thing that was wrong with theFlamethrower Chicken Stripbasket was that they did not give me County Gravy Dip or Onion Rings which cost extra and I paid for!! People get in too much of a hurry and forget customer service, that it is the customers who are paying their paychecks!! I would give them a 7 out of 10 for this order!!

missing items. paid $6 a piece for 2 cheesecurds. went there to get my items and they proceeded to argue with me. then the whole time I waited they kept referring to me as ",the girl who complained" multiple times as I was standing right there. not complaining just trying to get food I paid for

They took an hour to fill my order while my dasher sat there waiting for 45 minutes being told they were making it. Then I was missing items in my order. When I called the store to talk to them, I was treated like an inconvenience.
