First time ever ordering from Dairy Queen at 2300 Palumbo Dr and I tell you what amazing fresh hot Chicken Strip Baskets w/Drink was yummy delicious
The Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso was on point they were soft to bite and the sauce gave it a kick
Definitely will order again!!

The blizzard I paid 16 $ didn't have strawberries in it at all. I got a quarter of the way down and it is vanilla ice cream. No toppings just plain vanilla ice cream in more than half the cup.

My Doordasher forgot one of my items and instead of taking accountability, she told me that this store was "bad", and suggested I use a different Dairy Queen. 😮 I said, "no ma'am! This is the only DairyQueen store I've been going to for as long as it's been open!! They don't make mistakes for one! They take pride in their food, and make sure everything's hot and fresh, and the chill treats are above and beyond!! The Incredibly amazing, kind, and professional staff are amongst all the wonderful things mentioned, the reason that this is the best store in all of the state of Kentucky!!! So thank you guys and ladies..

I ordered Biscuits & Gravy but it only had a half order of biscuits. Supposed to be 2 biscuits. And there wasn't one piece of sausage as you can clearly see even their menu shows having actual sausage. Very disappointing.

I've never once left a review on DoorDash before, but this is the worst DQ I've gotten food from. Everything is rushed and confused. And I have yet to receive a completed order. If you get the strip basket, chances are the toast will be crushed or missing, and you'll receive few fries and a 50/50 on getting sauce with it.
