oh my gosh they got it right. there were a ton of onion rings, fries are awesome as always

Burgers weren't all the way cooked still pink inside. Ordered ketchup and pickles and lettuce. Lettuce was slightly brown and slimy. Very few pickles very light ketchup and buns were not fresh. Tater Tots which they charge extra for weren't very brown or crispy. All in all not what I usually experience from DairyQueen . Normally everything is quite good. New help or maybe understaffed just not up to standards. Needs improvement in the future. Probably if I order there again will just stick with ice cream.

Ordered 2 meals. Both drinks were left out of the order. One meal was a Patty Melt with cheese & tomatoes added. It ended up being a cheeseburger on texas toast with NO onion and tons of lettuce, which I can't stand. I LOVE the Patty Melt, usually. This one was horrible.

Because DQ refuses to add a plain & dry option with DD, nor will they add lettuce to the remove section, I'm forced to call in every time. Today they wouldn't answer so I asked my Dasher to ask them to answer. They were EXTREMELY Dude to her, told her that we should learn how to order because they donknow how to answer the phone. 1/2 lb cheeseburger was wrong, ordered onion rings and got fries. Usually have excellent service at this DQ, we order 1-2 times a month, the crew working today needs training and an attitude adjustment.
