Blizzards were messed up. The cream cheese frosting wasn't mixed in the Red Velvet Cake BLIZZARD® Treat , it was mixed in the New Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat ! So one was overpowered in flavor and the other was bland.

I payed $20 for Blizzard and it was probably the worst I have ever had!
It was so runny it's like milk.
It was completely blended.
There were no swirls of the marshmallow or chocolate I added. Couldn't even tell it was there.
I am so unhappy.

It's normally a fair burger, but this time, it tasted like dish soap. one bite, then threw it away. The slushy is always good, though.
