The food was cold (could be because my dasher made several deliveries before mine), there is way too much ice in the drinks, the toast is literally sliced bread with NO butter on it, and the gravy was so thick, it felt like I was eating pudding or a custard (that wasn't sweet).

i ordered a large Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat with brownie pieces and chocolate topping. what i got had no brownie pieces but instead loads and loads of chocolate chunks, the strawberries was pushed to the side of the cup and in the middle was just a large chunk of unblended plain ice cream and all the cheesecake pieces was stuck at the bottom and there was also a crack on the side of my cup so my blizzard was just leaking out the side, normally they do an amazing job on their blizzards so i don't know what happened this time

Good Burger, Good Steak Fingers, just have to ask why this DQ sells medium drings, calling them large? Was that part of the negotiations with DoorDash? It is irritating.

The food tasted good as usual but the gravy was thin like water and something had too much pepper.
