The item was left out of my order and they were super friendly when answered the phone. Even offered to deliver the item. Definitely above average compared to other places on DoorDash.

DQ missed part of the order. Not gonna rant/rave. 1st time happened, we've ordered many times. And, it's Christmas Eve. Know they're busy. Will ALWAYS order DQ!!

The fries were burnt, not very appetizing looking, disappointed
