Fries are soggy & barely cooked..this isnt the first time ive ordered from here & the food wasn't that good :/ im kinda disappointed right now w/the quality.. oh yeah & the breads not even toasted its soft and soggy.

I know it gets busy at Dairy Queen. That makes it a bit harder to focus on quality all the time. I'm normally very happy with my meals. Today the burgers were wrong and onion rings were fried too hard. So not a good day. However, this location is one of my favorite locations to order from.

Ordered without Mayo and add mustard neither was done it had Mayo on the hamburger and no mustard, also paid $.99 for extra butterfinger in the blizzard was not done and the last inch of the blizzard was just icecream was not mixed to the bottom and it was only a medium.

Everything was exactly as I ordered. It. The food was yummy, and warm. The bag was sealed perfectly. The sauces were included just right. They even put napkins in the bag. This is actually rare these days so Im quite impressed. Thank you for caring about your customer and the product you sell.

usually good but I can tell the food had been sitting out too long. toast was stale, fries soggy and cold, Chicken Strip Basket (6 Pieces) very dry
