The order was accurate and ready way before I got there. The staff kept it nice and cold in the cooler for me. New NEW! Caramel Java Chip BLIZZARD® Treat is delicious, BUT the last few times I've had ice cream delivered, I get the bare minimum on my front porch. Item is never in a bag, no napkin, straw is not protected from bugs or anything. Tonight my blizzard was not even in a bag. I don't think it's the dasher's job to pack the customer's order any differently than they would for a customer getting a to-go order right in front of them. May just be my values, but for the money, the packaging should be part of the order.

I was expecting the MooLatte to look like it does on the menu, so I was a little disappointed that it had no whipped cream on top, or chocolate drizzle on top either. It has a delicious mocha flavor, but I'm not a fan of the tiny ice crystals inside. I was expecting a more smooth consistency, like a milkshake, or frappe.
Lastly, every other time I have used Door Dash to deliver anything from Dairy Queen, I've gotten what I needed to go with it in a bag. I was shocked when I went to my porch, and found my MooLatté® sitting on my little table, NOT in a bag, no napkins, no straw, and no receipt. This was a first for me! Fortunately I found a straw I didn't know I had in my pantry. I will say, thankfully my drink was sealed at the top, thankfully.
