DQ has the best soft serve hands down, and their malts are always just the right amount of malt so it doesn't overpower the flavor of the ice cream in the shake .

I ordered a medium which cost $9.00 and instead they gave me extra tiny! Also, one of my kid meals was missing. Food is quite expensive nowadays. You want what you pay for.

The shake was incorrect. Asked for no whip cream and there was whip cream. Also, the shake was too full and spilled over the cup and into the tray. Didn't get the ice cream sandwich I ordered. Instead, there was a dilly bar. The only thing correct was the blizzard, otherwise I would've left one star.

Ordered and paid for two six piece Chicken Strip Baskets but only received one. Seems to be a recurring problem when dashers do two or more deliveries in addition to our order.
