Who ever made my order is definitely fine asl and i love them they made it with extra love and care was absolutely delicious they deserve a raise.

I used to love the pretzels with queso. Now, every time I order, I get stale inedible salt logs. Do they not check that they're sending stale food? The blizzards are not mixed fully. And either the workers don't know all the ingredients that are supposed to go in, or they're just out and send it anyway.

I ordered a Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie BLIZZARD® Treat and it didn't have coco fudge and it's supposed too. I bought the one that's a little more because I wanted coco fudge and it didn't have it

I ordered 2 mint dilly bars and I got chocolate. my blizzard was ordered as a small. it was really small. I hope it was a small and not a mini. however, at rate I believe it is overpriced.

There was absolutely no zesty queso with these pretzels, and they were dry, and hard and definitely were not fresh
