Despite getting my food stone cold and the blizzards completely melted (doordash's fault), the food was good. Customer service was a thumbs up, contacting me when they didn't have an ingredient and offering a substitution.

no drink with my order. sent honey mustard instead of honey dill. paid 5.99 for that tiny little ice-cream. my bill was$28 and they got it wrong. 1 start store

There was no option to add cheese curd or gravy to the poutine, so I wrote in the instruction to please add some extra. Guess what! They not only didnt give extra (which is fine), the poutine hardly had gravy and seemed like they just sprinkled some curd on top of the fries. Fries were too dry to eat as a poutine.
