Despite getting my food stone cold and the blizzards completely melted (doordash's fault), the food was good. Customer service was a thumbs up, contacting me when they didn't have an ingredient and offering a substitution.

Ordered REESE® Peanut Butter Cups BLIZZARD® Treat and it def wasn't that. It just had graham crackers in it. No peanut butter, no chocolate. Was gross.

There was no option to add cheese curd or gravy to the poutine, so I wrote in the instruction to please add some extra. Guess what! They not only didnt give extra (which is fine), the poutine hardly had gravy and seemed like they just sprinkled some curd on top of the fries. Fries were too dry to eat as a poutine.

If im paying an EXTRA $3 for onion rings that box better be full. It wasnt even half. Literally 8 onion rings
