Easily the best BBQ in the area. Everything on the menu is great, but the Poblano White Cheddar sausage is absurdly good. I'm not usually picking sausage at a BBQ place (brisket is king), but I always get it here. Mac and cheese is fire, loved the fried rice, and good lord, make sure you get the Pork Belly Burnt Ends.

the food was good, but $104 for 1 pound of brisket and a half rack of ribs is too expensive. And they give you 2 1/3 full tiny cups of BBQ sauce. I have bought there a few times but I won't again until it gets to be a better value

Amazing! Best BBQ in Wichita by far! Awesome brisket and sausage! Side were great too! Good beans! For sure my go to BBQ place! Oh and the Texas Texas twinkie was the best!

I will say, Im from fort worth and have tried MANY bbq places. This place was different from the rest. The bbq sauce was a nice touch i believe it was vinegar based cause the color wasnt normal bbq color. Burnt ends had a bit of a sweet touch. Rib was seasoned well, not your basic rib that NEEDS sauce to make it taste better. Brisket was okay, little on the unflavored side, but with that BBQ sauce it became better!
I got the potato salad, and i could deff tell it had old bay in it lol i also got the mac and cheese, not sure what was in it, but deff on the different side of mac and cheese and i liked it.
Overall i was impressed this came from a food truck and if youre ever in the area you should check it out.

Some of the best brisket I've had and the Pork Belly Fried rice is phenomenal. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. I'm sure everything they have to offer is good.
