• 18/8/26The order was good. I was missing one serving of fish. I called and the young lady that answered said she was going to try and refund in the DoorDash app. But if she couldn't, I could come to the retro get the fillet or refund

• 18/5/26This place is always excellent and consistent. Fairly priced, big portions (even on the kids plate, which is what I typically order) with great flavor and quality. Can't go wrong with anything here. Ever since I discovered Danny's, I've ordered from them every Monday. It's a staple!

• 28/6/26Dressing was old hard dry and crumbly, Mac and cheese had no creaminess to it at all.. with hard pieces in it. The cheese that i guess was laid on top of plain pasta was inedible dry and clumped up. Greens were cold.. muffin was mediocre. Pork chop was ok. Peach cobbler dry peaches almost dehydrated looking, no juice at all crust hard couldn't chew it.. totally inedible Total order was $38

• 16/8/26I am highly dissatisfied with my experience. I placed my order through DoorDash 30 minutes before arriving, yet after I got there, I still had to wait an additional 45–50 minutes for my food. During that time, at least 15 people walked in, placed their orders, received their food, and left before mine was ready.
After waiting that long, the food was extremely disappointing. The turkey wings had absolutely no flavor or seasoning, the rice tasted like instant boxed rice, and the cabbage was bland. In my opinion, this was not quality soul food at all.
Between the excessive wait time and the poor quality of the food, I feel like I completely wasted my money. I would like a full refund for this order.

• 11/1/26Whole catfish was cooked fresh and tasted great. Okras as well. I would order that again, coleslaw wasn't as great.
