Tried the Chicken Tonkotsu Karaage Ramen at Daruma Ramen and it was honestly so good. The broth was rich and comforting, the noodles had the perfect bite, and the crispy chicken added a really satisfying crunch.The portion was big too, so it felt super filling and worth it. Everything balanced really well without feeling too heavy. Definately a spot if anyone is craving a bowl of ramen, I would happily go back for this again.
